Synopsis[]
The second season, set in 1883 is built around the duel of the opera houses, the prestigious Academy of Music and the newly built Metropolitan Opera. George Russell's business is being tested by labour strikes in Pittsburgh, and big changes enter the Brook-Van Rhijn household as reverend Luke Forte and cousin Dashiell Montgomery arrive to New York.
