Biography[]
Early life[]
Maud has a complicated family history. She is said to be the daughter of the late John Beaton, with her mother being a Stuyvesant. It is rumored that she is actually the illegitimate daughter of Jay Gould, explaining her considerable wealth, and the fact that he takes an interest in her. Maud claimed to have moved to Paris to mourn for her late mother.
