Josh Borden (previously known as Monsieur Baudin) is the chef for the Russell family of New York. He is stylish, particular, and sometimes hysterical.
To Bertha Russell, having a French chef was the height of chic, and his employment was considered a feather in her social cap. Borden passed himself off as French in order to work with the Russell family.
Borden is romantically affliated with the Russell's housekeeper, Bruce.
